Which form of payment do you accept?

Our online store is setup to accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. Additionally we also accept PayPal and Amazon Pay.

I placed my order today, when will I receive it?

Most in stock orders usually ship within 1 – 2 business days if they are received by 2pm EST. Most orders are typically shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), though larger orders tend to be shipped via UPS. We will provide a tracking number if available from the shipping courier.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We love meeting customers all over the world. Getting orders to most parts of the world does take a little longer, but we think it is worth the wait. Worldwide shipping generally reaches customs in the final country of delivery within 3-5 business days. Note: all international customers are required to pay any duty or excise import tax upon receipt.

There was an issue with an item in my order.

Snips and snails, and puppy dogs tails! We are so very sorry to hear that. Please reach out to our order team and we’ll work with you to get it corrected ASAP.

One of my items was reported as being on back order.

While we work to ensure all stock levels are accurate on our website, every once in a while we may make a mistake (we’re human too).

Domestic orders are shipped out automatically, you will receive notification about the back ordered item and that item will be shipped when we have it back in stock (no additional cost to you). You may see this on the packing slip with your order.

If an item on back order has not come in within 2 months, we will automatically cancel the item and preform a refund to your original payment method. If at any time, prior to the order coming back in stock, you may request a refund of any back ordered item(s).

Back ordered items on international orders are canceled and the order is shipped. You will be notified as to all out of stock items. Item cancelation saves you on duty fees based on items on the packing slip that were not received.

I only received part of my order.

Please check your packing slip to see if by chance an item is marked as back ordered. If you don’t see it marked as back ordered, your item may be shipping from one of our other warehouses. Sometimes an order is fulfilled from multiple warehouses to speed up the shipping of your order. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us using the form on this page.
