Shipping Policy

We have created this page to inform our customers of our shipping policies. We strive each and every day to provide you, our customer, the best order handling possible.

Orders are shipped out 5 days a week Monday through Friday. Our order cut-off for same day processing from our Pittsburgh, PA warehouse is 2PM (EST). Domestic Ground Shipping to the furthest place from us (the West Coast) takes about 5 business days transit time, so if your order ships on Tuesday then it will deliver the following Tuesday. Please remember, ground shipping is not a guaranteed service. If you need something by a specific time, please contact us and we can make arrangements for express shipment on some items.

USPS Postal Service normally takes 2 to 3 transit days but may take up to 10 days to reach you. For packages shipped through the mail.

Express orders placed after noon will ship the following business day. UPS 2 Day Air and regular ground does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Your order maybe shipped directly from our Pittsburgh, PA warehouse or directly from one of our supplier’s warehouses. Orders shipped directly by a supplier will result in an extra 1-2 business day processing time. Orders containing products from multiple warehouses will be shipped separately (no additional cost to the customer).

Ground shipping to anywhere in the US from Pittsburgh PA takes less than 8 days (5 business days) and is our least expensive option. This map shows the estimated times from our Pittsburgh, PA warehouse:

Any major holidays will not be included in transit times. These include New Year’s Day, MLK Birthday, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day.

Please note, Ground can be either USPS, UPS or FedEx at our discretion and is not a guaranteed service. Please contact us if you are on a strict time-line at either sales@spectorandsage.com or by calling us at 1-855-999-3329.

Damaged or Missing Orders

We are always happy to help replace or refund your missing or damaged items within 45 days of purchase. If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of items, box and the labels and have this information ready for our Customer Experience Team when calling or emailing us. Please call us immediately toll free at 1-855-999-3329. If you choose to have a replacement sent to you, we will ship it to the original shipping address.

If a package is sent out to an incorrect address, and it is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs.

Please check your order after receiving it and if there is anything missing call or email us right away. Have ready your order number and the items missing.

Any missing, damaged or incorrect items from orders older than 45 days will be issued an instore credit.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship packages overseas. Please read our International Shipping Policies for more detailed information on transit times and overseas shipping costs.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because of our dedication to fast turnaround times, cancellations, as well as additions and changes to orders can only changed before they reach the warehouse. Once the status says Order In Warehouse, we are unable to make any changes. If you are using expedited shipping (like 2-day Air) or shipping internationally, we cannot accept any changes. This is to ensure that your order is shipped out on time. If we are unable to alter your order, we will gladly assist you in placing a new separate order for the additional items. The easiest way to make changes to your order is to either call us at 1-855-999-3329 or to email sales@spectorandsage.com including your order number and the items you would like to add. Due to the nature of live chat, we are not able to do any order additions from there.
